DSI Together with LIFEDesigns is a non-profit organization providing personalized support for persons with cognitive disabilities. After merging in 2021 with LIFEDesigns, the company remains little to unknown in the Bloomington community. Our agency’s goal was to boost awareness and position DSI Together with LIFEDesigns as a leading organization that helps clients live more independently.

Tear-off flyers are interactive, which is good for community engagement, but they also need to be accessible. One of DSI’s goals was to integrate itself into the community, so what better way to do this than putting flyers in the community? Perhaps a community partner, such as Jiffy Treat or the Indiana Memorial Union.

But in case you don’t have time to stop while passing by, we’ve created flyers with QR codes, so you can easily scan and keep on with your day. Flyers with QR code can be displayed in more places. For example, placing them on a telephone pole where a passenger in the car can easily read and scan the QR code.

Socials

69% of 172 surveyed persons with disabilities visit Facebook at least once per day, plus DSI already has 1.9k Facebook followers, meaning it would make sense to build off of our following. Instagram is also run by META which allows for easy crossposting between platforms.

Interactive stories also help with engagement. We wanted to highlight some of the things that DSI helps you do such as gaining confidence, making friends, or finding a job. It’s a fun way to get customer feedback as well.
